Founder Story: Why Fit Comes First

Before I founded JUNSHEEN in 2010, I grew up in Dongguan’s garment ecosystem, learning the work from the factory floor. My father was a pattern and tailoring master, and he taught me that precision, quality, responsibility and professional workmanship are not optional details. I learned pattern making, grading, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, decoration, quality control and production management by seeing how every decision affects the finished garment.

I started the company as a small cut-and-sew and finishing workshop in Humen, Dongguan because I kept seeing the same problem: extended-size garments were often simply enlarged instead of properly graded. That approach loses balance in the rise, sleeve length, shoulder proportion and construction. We invested in pattern and grading systems, a technical-development team and size-set refinement so apparel can fit consistently from XS through 3XL.

I believe the industry gets it wrong when speed or low cost comes before fit and clear responsibility. At JUNSHEEN, we insist on reviewing the practical details: materials, proportions, measurements, construction, wash, decoration and production readiness. I want every client, whether starting with 100 units per style/color or scaling a bulk program, to feel heard, informed and confident at each stage.

I am still building a long-term manufacturing partner for global fashion brands: one that combines OEM, ODM, private-label, wholesale and product-development support with dependable communication and responsible production. With 200+ skilled workers, 80,000+ units of monthly capacity and 2,000+ fashion-brand clients served, we are growing carefully while keeping the same fit-first discipline that made me begin.
