A complete tech pack should define measurements, graded size range, construction, Pantone colors, bill of materials, labels, and packaging. Supply vector artwork for screen print or embroidery, including placement, dimensions, thread colors, and effect notes. Before sampling, confirm fabric weight, composition, shrinkage expectation, rib specification, and decoration method. Sample, Approve, And Produce

One prototype normally reveals fit, hand feel, decoration scale, and construction issues that drawings cannot show. Record every revision in dated comments, then approve a sealed size set and pre-production sample before bulk cutting. During bulk production, inspections should cover incoming fabric, in-line sewing, measurements, decoration, and final packed goods. Reserve shipping time after final balance and inspection approval, particularly for multi-country launches.
