Terms & Conditions for JUNSHEEN Website Use

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the JUNSHEEN website and all business discussions, quotations, samples, orders, and production services provided by Dongguan Junsheen Clothing Co., Ltd. By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, approving a sample, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with the company, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions. If a written agreement signed by both parties contains terms that conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the signed agreement controls only for that conflict. Customers must ensure that the individuals communicating approvals or instructions are authorized to act for the purchasing business.

Inquiries and Quotations

Customers should provide accurate product category, size range, quantity, target timeline, artwork, specifications, and destination details when requesting an inquiry or quotation. JUNSHEEN may recommend adjustments to materials, construction, fit, decoration, or quantities to improve manufacturability, cost, durability, or lead time. Quotations are based on the information, costs, and production conditions available when issued and may require revision if specifications, materials, exchange conditions, shipping requirements, or quantities change. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation is not a binding offer and remains subject to final review, sample approval where applicable, production scheduling, and written order confirmation.

Order Confirmation

An order becomes binding only after Dongguan Junsheen Clothing Co., Ltd. confirms the order in writing and the required payment has been received or otherwise accepted in writing. The confirmation should identify the agreed style, quantities, size range, colors, materials, decoration, packaging, price, payment schedule, production window, and shipping arrangement. The standard MOQ is from 100 units per style/color, subject to fabric and craft complexity. Customers must promptly verify all confirmed information. JUNSHEEN is not responsible for delays, added costs, or nonconformity resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late customer instructions, approvals, artwork, labels, shipping details, or other required materials.

Production Changes and Cancellations

Any requested change to an approved sample, confirmed order, artwork, fabric, trim, measurement, quantity, color, packing requirement, or delivery instruction must be submitted in writing and is subject to JUNSHEEN acceptance. Changes may require revised pricing, new samples, additional development time, new production scheduling, or replacement materials. Once materials have been ordered, cutting has begun, or production has been scheduled, cancellation may not be possible. Where JUNSHEEN accepts a cancellation, the customer remains responsible for completed work, committed materials, custom trims, sampling charges, and other reasonable costs incurred before cancellation. No cancellation is effective unless confirmed in writing by Dongguan Junsheen Clothing Co., Ltd.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipment may be arranged by air, sea, or express with export documentation, according to the confirmed order and shipping arrangement. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in a written agreement signed by Dongguan Junsheen Clothing Co., Ltd. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate consignee, destination, customs, import, and delivery information. Risk transfer, Incoterms, freight responsibility, customs duties, taxes, insurance, and title transfer are August 5, 2026 unless stated in the written order confirmation. Final balances must be settled before shipment under the applicable payment schedule. JUNSHEEN is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or events outside its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

Customers may not use the JUNSHEEN website, communications, or manufacturing services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or deceptive purposes. JUNSHEEN may refuse, suspend, or cancel an inquiry, sample, or order where it reasonably believes the requested activity creates legal, ethical, safety, payment, or reputational risk. Customers must not submit misleading specifications, unauthorized branded artwork, harmful files, or instructions that violate applicable law. Customers must communicate professionally with JUNSHEEN personnel and provide timely, accurate information needed to complete development, payment, production, inspection, and shipping activities.

• Submitting counterfeit, infringing, or unauthorized designs or trademarks
• Providing false payment, shipping, customs, or business information
• Attempting to disrupt website, email, payment, or production systems
• Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful communications

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any non-contractual obligations connected with them are governed by the laws of August 5, 2026. The courts or dispute-resolution forum with exclusive or non-exclusive authority over disputes is August 5, 2026. Before commencing formal proceedings, the customer and Dongguan Junsheen Clothing Co., Ltd. should first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written communication, including a clear description of the order, issue, requested outcome, and supporting evidence. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief where it is legally available and reasonably necessary to protect its rights, confidential information, or intellectual property.
